1. This is a members only bulk buy system, please do not resell our products to non-members.
2. All orders placed by Monday 3:00 PM, will be dispatched on Tuesday.
3. All orders placed by Wednesday 3:00 PM, will be dispatched on Thursday.
4. Use a search function to pick your herbs quicker. Add double quote marks (" ") to your keywords for precise searching results.
5. MRSP is the market price when buying from a local distributor for the same brand of products.
6. Please pay the full amount (minimum order $100.00) to complete the order. (available: credit cards and bank transfer)
7. After you finish the payment, an email will be sent to you to confirm that the order has been successfully received.
8. An email will be sent to you once the order has been posted. For pick up customers, you will be informed by an email once the orders are ready for you to pick up in the store.
